ØTTA PRESENTS PELE DE MAR AT ODDITY CLUB

ØTTA brings her debut album to Athens. On Saturday 31 October the Portuguese DJ and producer takes over Oddity Club for the Athens presentation of Pele De Mar, released through her own label and party brand HOTTIES. It is a Halloween night presented by Seds Lifestyle in co-production with Blend and curated by Rejuv, with music from 23:59 until the morning.

Who Is ØTTA

Born in Lisbon, ØTTA spent six years training as an orchestral musician before the club took over. Her life since then has moved between Lisbon, London and South America, and every stop has fed into her sound: groovy trance, Brazilian rhythms, techno and touches of UK bass, played fast and full of colour. Her 2020 debut, the Plus One EP, put her on the map, and a breakout Boiler Room set in Manchester introduced her to a much wider crowd. This summer ØTTA played Tomorrowland as part of Amelie Lens’ EXHALE takeover.

HOTTIES and the Road to Pele De Mar

In 2024 ØTTA launched HOTTIES, a label and global event series built around community and creative freedom. Pele De Mar, released on 18 September, is its biggest moment so far. The eight track album took shape during four months she spent in Brazil, and it reads like a travel diary: “Rio” is a love letter to Rio de Janeiro, “Frio” carries the intensity of London, and “That Snack” takes its mood from Paris.

The singles show how much South American club culture runs through the record. “Pulso.” mixes house with Latin percussion and UK bass, “Gata Fina” features Argentine vocalist FIAH, and “4X4” teams her up with Brazilian producer Bibi Babydoll, while Lua de Santana appears on “Rebola de Salto”. In her own words, the album started as a musical journey and turned into something much more personal about identity and the places that shaped her.

Halloween at Oddity

Oddity Club on Irakleidon Street has hosted some big nights this autumn, including Stella Bossi and Blame The Mono the weekend before, and the ØTTA show keeps that run going. The Pele De Mar tour has already stopped in cities like Milan, and Athens now gets its own chapter. With Halloween falling on the same night, expect a crowd ready to go all out.

What to Expect

ØTTA’s sets are bright, bouncy and quick, pulling trance melodies, Brazilian funk percussion and rolling basslines into one continuous wave. This one is built around the colours and rhythms of the new album, so expect plenty of the Pele De Mar material alongside the club tools she is known for. If you want a taste before Saturday, her Boiler Room set from Manchester is below, followed by her Boiler Room x Glitch Festival set from 2025.

Tickets

Tickets start from 20€ through More.com, and the party runs for eight hours, so there is plenty of time to settle in and catch the full set. Doors open at 23:59, so getting there soon after midnight is the sweet spot if you want to feel the room fill up before ØTTA takes control of the night.

From Plus One to Pele De Mar

Before the album, ØTTA spent years building her name one set at a time. She studied architecture and played in an orchestra before moving to London, where she trained at Point Blank Music School and started shaping the high energy sound that would become her signature. In 2025 she released “Mão Na Parede” as part of a Boys Noize project, another step toward the confident, borderless style heard on Pele De Mar. Seds Lifestyle and Blend, who also brought Stella Bossi to Oddity this month, are behind the Athens date, with curation by Rejuv.
