HOLY PRIEST AT SIGNAL, SUNEL ARENA

Holy Priest is bringing his masked hard techno show to Athens for a huge post Christmas party. Signal presents the German artist at Sunel Arena in Ano Liosia on Saturday 26 December, with Kolor K!d, KOLE and Greek techno veteran Christian Cambas completing the bill. Doors open at 23:30 and the night runs for eight hours.

Holy Priest: The Man Behind the Mask

Holy Priest is one of the most recognisable figures in hard techno, mostly because nobody sees his face. On stage he always wears a white mask marked with a black cross, and the mystery has helped turn him into one of the genre’s biggest draws, with more than a million followers on Instagram. Based in Oberhausen in Germany, he launched the project in 2020 and has been climbing ever since, moving from club bookings to some of the largest stages in dance music.

Tracks and Festivals

His catalogue is built for peak time chaos. “Atomic Bomb” and “Rave Penetrator” are fan favourites, and in 2024 he released a hard techno take on “Gangsta’s Paradise” with Coolio and 1 World. He has also worked with names from the rawstyle and hard dance world, including D-Sturb on “Go Hard” and Zatox on “Diablo”, with releases on labels such as Kontor Records and Revised Records. On the live side, his diary includes Tomorrowland, Creamfields, Parookaville, Les Ardentes, Verknipt ArenA and Free Your Mind, and he returned to Tomorrowland in 2026 with a set you can watch below.

A Greek Legend in Support

Christian Cambas joins the lineup as the Greek name with the deepest history on the bill. The first Greek DJ ever to enter the DJ Mag Top 100, he has spent recent years firmly in hard techno and schranz territory, and he also headlines 422:Mass Halloween at AUX Club on 30 October. Kolor K!d and KOLE round out a lineup built entirely around high BPMs, so there will be no slow moments once the doors open.

Signal at Sunel Arena

Signal is behind the night, and Sunel Arena in Ano Liosia gives a show of this size the space it needs. The organisers promise pounding kicks, industrial textures and full energy dancing from start to finish, which sounds like the right way to burn off the Christmas dinners. The venue sits in the west of Athens on Konstantinoupoleos Street, so it is worth planning your ride there and back in advance, especially for the early morning return.

Tickets

Tickets for Holy Priest start from 40€ through More.com. With an artist of this size headlining one of the busiest party weekends of the year, it makes sense to book early rather than leave it to the last week.

What to Expect

Expect Holy Priest to play exactly what made him famous: fast, heavy and theatrical hard techno, with big drops, industrial sounds and plenty of crowd moments. The mask, the visuals and the energy all come together into a show that feels closer to a festival main stage than a club set. If you have only seen clips online, this is the chance to experience the full thing in Athens.

Why Holy Priest Matters

Few artists represent the recent rise of hard techno as clearly as Holy Priest. The genre has moved from dark warehouse rooms to arena stages, and his mix of anonymous image, social media reach and huge drops has been a big part of that shift. For a lot of new fans, his clips were the first introduction to the sound. Seeing Holy Priest in Athens, inside an arena rather than on a phone screen, is the payoff for all that online hype, and Signal is clearly betting that the city is ready for it.
